Here’s a quiz for you:
Have you been told to stop doing what you love?
Have you had nagging pain that limits your function and have you been told this is “as good as you’re going to get”?
Have you been told you can’t (pick any or all or add your own): practice yoga, run, take a Zumba class, play pickleball, pick up your grandchild, go skiing, swim, ride your Peloton, go to CrossFit?
Are you at a stalemate in your physical therapy progress?
I fully believe life should not become a list of what we cannot do. Too many times patients have been discharged from Physical Therapy because of a plateau. Too many patients accept pain as a daily part of life. Let’s break this paradigm.
Many of my patients come to see me after hearing from their friends about a “different kind” of Physical Therapist.
At New Moon Physiotherapy, you will have one-on-one sessions lasting about an hour. I give myself this time to do a deep dive into discovering the root cause of your dysfunction. During this session you may receive any number of services, including expert Dry Needling, massage, manual therapy, Graston/IASTM, strength and stability training, scar tissue treatment, and breathwork.
In my 30+ years as a Physical Therapist, I have treated conditions from common to rare, and I love working with my patients to get them moving in ways they hadn’t thought possible. Over the past few years I have become a Registered Yoga Teacher and Certified Breathwork Instructor. My love of movement and the value of a single deep breath will most likely find it’s way into your treatment session. One thing I promise: I will be your biggest cheerleader.
I find joy when my CrossFitters reach a PR. I love when my runner’s text me a photo from the finish line. I love when my EDS patients send me a photo from the top of a mountain. Let’s work together and get you back to doing what you love!

What actual patients are saying

What actual patients are saying 〰️
“I’ve been in and out of physical therapy for 20 years for my chronic hip pain. Every therapist gave me clamshells and leg raises. Noelle was the first person to look at anything other than my hip and discovered my old achilles surgery scar was the actual problem. Just go see her, not only is she the nicest person you’ll ever meet she’s also the smartest PT ever!
— Amy g.
“As a former DN1 tennis player, I’m used to living with discomfort. Luckily, when my physical therapist told me there was nothing left to do and I’d just have to “live with” chronic shoulder pain I refused to believe him. My yoga buddy referred Noelle, and in two visits of dry needling and massage and a few stretches she completely eliminated my pain. I’m playing tennis like I’m 20 years old again.”
— TERRI M.
“If you’re on the fence about dry needling, just go to Dr. Noelle! I’ve been to several other dry needlers and she’s totally different. You can tell she knows about the body because she doesn’t just go in one spot. She spends an entire hour with you and she’s so funny and down to earth the time flies by. I was told I had a labral tear in my hip and I thought my life was over. Now I’m back to CrossFit and training for my first triathlon.”
— Josh K.
“If you have EDS like me you know how hard it is to find a Physical Therapist that understands hypermobility. I’ve been hurt so many times before in PT, but Noelle really knows her stuff. I was so afraid to move before I met her and now I feel so confident that I’m taking a trip with my boyfriend to swim with the turtles in the Galapagos. She really is the best!”
