Running Injuries

Whether you are a novice runner training for your first 5K, or an Ultramarathoner heading to the Leadville 100, you may be experiencing pain which limits your performance. Runners commonly develop trigger points in their thoracic spine, low back, hips, thighs and calf muscles which change their running biomechanics and cause pain. I have a 30 year history of treating runners, many of whom travel from out of State to receive a treatment tailored to their needs. Many runners have found Dry Needling and Graston/IASTM treatment to be so effective, they see me as part of their monthly self-care routine, helping to keep their injuries at bay.
