Yoga. It’s not just for hippies.
I use my unique blend of skills as a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) and a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) to create a program that is safe, flowing, and efficient. Many yoga poses (asanas) are twofold, in that they create a perfect blend of balance and strength, while targeting multiple muscle groups at once. Whether you need to stimulate your lymphatic system, decrease the input from your central nervous system, or open up your hip flexors, we have you covered.
My Parkville office is located inside of Baltimore Hot Yoga and Wellness, where I have the privilege of working with some of the finest Yoga Instructors in Maryland.

Yoga FAQ’s
I have hypermobility/EDS- shouldn’t I stay away from Yoga?
Absolutely not! There is a misconception that bendy bodies should not practice Yoga. You just have to make sure that your practice is safe! Read New Moon Physiotherapy’s blog here: EDS and Yoga
Do I have to do Yoga during my session?
Of course not! However, I think you’ll be surprised how many “traditional” stability and flexibility exercises have their roots in yoga.
